Id love to see Faye again 🤲 Its been so long

I have no idea why this specifically came to me, but I kept thinking about Faye post Hyrule Warriors (not that that's super obvious, aside from the hat?)

It's been awhile since I've drawn Faye proper, and I'm super happy with the end result! Please enjoy the sad beast

This was also a super good opportunity to try a new brush, since I wasn't super happy with the one I used previously. I had a lot of fun with it, so I guess we're keeping it!

Ya know, Nabooru was one of the sages that threw Ganondorf into the Evil Realm. I wonder how she felt during all that shit?

[OH ANON. YOU LIKE CANS OF WORMS, DON'T YOU?

As I'm sure everyone has figured out, I play Nabooru with a lot more complexity than canon gives her. In other words, her position on standing against Ganondorf at all was a lot more complicated than "He's a bad guy and I want treasure!" (that last part is def not part of her ACTUAL motivation for my Nabooru). It wasn't something she always felt she might do. In fact, up until basically that point, she WAS loyal to Ganondorf. Outside of his mission for the Triforce, she BELIEVED in him and was fully on board with his mission to improve the lives of their people. She believed in his passion and ambition for their people, and wanted to help him wherever she could. Or, where he would ALLOW when his mission became more geared toward the Triforce and he began shutting himself off from her and the Gerudo more. For their protection back then(so he claimed), but then...he sort of forgot about them because absolute power blah blah gotta find that damn princess blah but that's a little further down the line.

Romantic relationship they totally had aside, it was probably months if not YEARS of her fighting with him and herself before she finally gave him an ultimatum (likely when she found out the REAL extent he was going to the get what he wanted) out of fear of his actions FURTHER endangering the Gerudo: she basically said if you keep this up, I'm going to have to stop you because she considered his mission dangerous to him and ther Gerudo as a whole. And well we can all see how well that went.

Thus, her "plan" was just that: defy his orders to stay away from the Spirit Temple and her own self exile to stop him...somehow (she didn't really have a solid plan; words? fight him? shake him until he saw reason? she didn't really know!). She didn't WANT to, but she felt her hand had been forced. So, being brainwashed, losing seven years of her life, and the coming out of that stupor and being awakened as a sage meant to help Hyrule? It's...not a role she wanted.

But she barely had time to consider her role because next thing she knew, Link was fighting Ganondorf and it became REAL. However this ended up, she was going to have to be part of it. And probably during that first fight? She probably wasn't sure she would be able to do it. Whatever IT was. But...she could also see how he changed. She knew all the things he had done to others, to HER, and she understood his motives had shifted to ones that no longer aligned with what was best for the Gerudo. They were selfish and all for the sake of power. And then when she saw him transform into a beast...she knew, or maybe hoped, that the Ganondorf she knew, that she loved and ADMIRED, was gone. That understanding overall hurt worse than anything, but it didn't make it easier for her to lend her power to seal Ganondorf away.

Still...she hesitated. And I HC that her hesitation and uncertainty was why he broke out later ehehehehe.

So tl;dr: she wasn't really happy with her role in sealing Ganondorf away. She wasn't happy that one decision to try and save her people--not necessarily Hyrule--got her put in the position of a sage expected to help protect a country that, to that point, had no interest in helping her people. She didn't want to basically kill Ganondorf at all. She just wanted to protect her people and keep Ganondorf from getting himself and the Gerudo into more trouble than they could handle.]

Lorule Game Plot & Story

What? I'm totally not procrastinating... here's an idea for a story following the events of A Link Between Worlds that takes place in Lorule with the Loruleans beginning their own story separate from that of Link, Zelda and the people of Hyrule.

Big big spoilers for A Link Between Worlds!

Ok, following the events of ALBW, Hilda is beginning to rule the land with much more warmth in her heart and is truly starting to become wise like the Zelda she admires. Likewise, Ravio has decided to change his ways and, while always a cunning trickster, is taking after Link in becoming Hilda's courageous right-hand-man and helping take part in the new future of Lorule.

One day, a strange wizard arrives with news that Yuga is mobilizing an army to take the castle and break into the sacred realm for a wish on the Lorulean Triforce. With a great number of paint-based monsters mysteriously brought to life by an ancient paintbrush he discovered, Yuga has a real chance at becoming the wisest, strongest and most courageous person in Lorule and getting his wish. (the competition is not exactly fierce, per se.)

The wizard urges Ravio & Hilda to seek out an ancient grove wherein a forgotten Lorulean treasure sleeps. The Blade of Shadow awaiting someone bold and cunning enough to weild its strange, anti-color (black light?) themed power to keep at bay the paint-based source of unlimited magic power Yuga has.

Thus begins what would be a raaather standard Zelda game set in Lorule where the heroes must find the sacred Lorulean do-dads to awaken the Superdark Evilsblade Which Is Actually Good while fighting Yuga's forces.

Partway through the game there is a proper battle as Ravio awakens the sword and Yuga makes his move on the Triforce. Upon touching it, he finds that was truly mistaken about having a balanced heart, always relying on the power of his creations to get by rather than becoming a powerful wizard in his own right, and it breaks into three pieces— Hilda has earned Wisdom, Ravio has earned Courage... and the mysterious hooded figure who knew of the prophecy recieves Power. The spooky wizard reveals himself to be Yuga's own mentor, a master of the paint-based magic passed down to him and the only living person who knows about Lorule's long forgotten history of the dark sword & the power of creation. Stealing the magic paintbrush back from Yuga, he is poised to rain pure calamity on all the realm with his own, much worse paint themed army of hellish goons!

The second half of the game sees the Lorulean trio team up, as Yuga wants to one-up his master and secure the power for himself. This is... well, Lorule dungeons and Ravio keeps growing (I think he deserves his own new tools, some rupee-based) before the final encounter, in which the gang lays waste to old man painty and Yuga, having developed his own magic further, is clearly now the Great Paint Sage (or whatever LOL!)

Thanks to the deal Hilda wisely worked out, the gang agree to let go of the triforce pieces and seal them away in very neat new underground shrine temples for future heroes to uncover. Even Yuga, satisfied at his ascent to power, agrees to this, with a sinister (but almost rival-like) promise that he (or maybe his kids IDK) would someday get their wish. Now a true hero and wise leader, Ravio and Hilda return to growing the kingdom, with Hilda making strides on the first great history of Lorule (and its off-brand Zelda Game source of magical power and sword for dealing with it, that everyone forgot!)

You watched as harry looked around him with awe, tall buildings and many stores, multiple stands with items and food.

“so, they just…sell all this stuff? People don’t just take it?” you giggled at his word choice as you passed by a cotton cady soda stand, oooooh cotton candy for $3! And soda and water for $1!

Turning around you paid for two Pepsi's and one cotton candy. Jogging back to harry you handed him the fluffy candy, he raised his brows, cautiously taking the candy.

“What is this lass?” Harry mumbled, tilting the candy back and forth, not trusting the fluffy cloud of sugar.

“its food” you chirped, ripping off a piece and tossing it in your mouth “you eat it!” harry watched as you hummed happily, doing a little dance as the candy melted in your mouth.

Harry took a piece and popped it in his mouth, gasping as he did, eyes widening at the taste.

“holy fuck-AH it vanished!” harry looked giddy, grinning down at you as he ate another piece, laughing when the cotton candy melted in his mouth, you giggled, taking another piece “it'll do that~”

You walked harry over to a bench so he could eat his candy in peace without bumping into anything, softly smiling at him as he happily munched on the cotton candy.

“so harry” you started, looking around at all the shops around you “where to first?” harry stopped, looking up and around, before pointing at a store labeled ‘Hot Topic’

“tha’ one” you grinned, ohohohoo harry did NOT know what he was getting into “kay~” harry tossed away the finished candy stick away, following you into the store, licking his fingers as you entered.

You watched as Harrys eyes sparkled at the apparel and items around you, graphic tees and stylish pants, rings and bracelets, fandom shoes, piercings, necklaces, hats, belts, everything.

And harry was particularly eyeing a very shiny necklace.

“harry no” you warned, seeing that familiar look in his eyes. “harry yes” he mumbled, reaching toward the necklace before you slapped his arm, grabbing the necklace for him.

“no stealing, I have the money to buy it, you idiot”

Harry pouted, but nodded, eyeing the necklace in your hands, a marvel punisher dog tag.

Glancing at the sign you saw ‘jewelry: buy two get two free’

Smiling you turned back to harry, who was brushing through rings.

“harry, pick another accessory out for yourself, then pick two for me?”

He nodded, immediately picking out a wrapping tentacle ring. grinning you walked off, trusting harry not to take anything. a glint caught your eye and you gasped, a red leather skeleton jacket, two actually, one (your size) and the other Harrys. you grabbed them both, not bothering to look at the price tag, jogging back to the front you found harry holding two sets of rings.

one a set of the triforce symbol rings, power, courage, and wisdom, the other a...descendants 2 set.

you snorted, tapping the LOZ set “those look cooler, but if you want the D2 rings you can get them” harry nodded, glancing between the rings once more before putting the D2 rings back on the rack, picking up a skull bracelet, the tentacle ring, and the LOZ rings and handing them to you.

you showed him the hoodies which he stared at with stars in his eyes, grinning you handed them to him “carry those for a bit, if you see anything you like grab it”

15 minutes later Harry had picked out 5 tees, a black leather skull jacket, leather fingerless gloves, a Deadpool snapback, and a studded belt.

he piled everything onto the checkout desk, the clerk laughing for a second as they took in the number of items

“splurging are you?” they smiled, starting to scan the shirts

“yeah” you grinned, keeping an eye on Harry as he walked back over to the accessories. “its his first time in here, and I just told him to go for it”

“I noticed~” they laughed, watching as you watched harry with a fond smile “how long have you two been together?”

you perked up, tapping your thigh “umm, a year and a half? i think”

the clerk smiled “really? well you two seem like the perfect match” you smiled at the clerk, who was scanning the dog tag harry tried to steal “ill just take that, i think he wants to wear it immediately”

they smiled, handing it to you “alrighty then, okay so your total will be $175.64” you nodded, not hearing harry walk up behind you.

“holy shit! i didn’t know it was going to be that expensive, lassie i can put some stuff bac-” you inserted your debit card and grinned up at him. “don’t worry Harry, ive got plenty of money to last me the entire freaking year”

Harry nodded, unsure but he trusted you, smiling slightly as you handed him the necklace. “thanks” he mumbled, slipping the necklace around his neck.

you nodded, thanking the clerk and walking out of the hot topic, harry grabbing the bag and jogging after you. “thanks Audrey”

“no problem harry~” you chirped, dodging a few mall-goers and walking over to Wetzel's pretzels

 "um lassie?" harry questioned, looking up at the menu and tilting his head "why are we-" 

"I'm hungry" you snorted "forgot to eat breakfast so" you gestured to the main sign "Wetzel's pretzels~"

 “Alright then” harry murmured, taking off his hat and sunglasses for a second to scratch his face and head.

turning he bumped into someone “shit sorry!” harry called, catching the girl he bumped into. it was a smaller black girl, waving her hand as she balanced herself “no problem, you good, wasn't watching where I was going”

“aye, I wasn't lookin’ either,” Harry said, looking back to Audrey who was getting her recept.

the girl stopped, looking up at him with squinted eyes “im sorry but, you sound like someone I know?” harry scrunched his brows, turning back to the girl, only for umas face to look back at him.

‘oh shit’ harry thought, paling slightly as the girl blinked widely

“Thomas?” she asked, tilting her head, at the same time you called Harry's name “harry!”

harry turned quickly, speed walking over to you, taking your bag and whispering quickly to you

“is that umas-?” you cursed under your breath, seeing china ann McClain staring at harry with confused eyes, sighing you knew that there was no way to avoid this without her getting suspicious.

you dragged harry back over to her and said “he looks and sounds a lot like Thomas Doherty doesn’t he?” china laughed at that, disbelieving

“yeah uncanny, you sure that isn’t Thomas in a disguise?” you giggled, mentally fangirling that you were talking so casually with THE China Ann McClain.

“im sure, I’ve known him for a while, and hang out with him every day, he and Thomas are in two different places, im pretty sure he and dove are in Los Angeles?” you ended with a question, waiting for china to nod, which she did

“you right, sorry, just kinda weird to bump into an exact copy of Thomas, well, I have stuff to do” china started to walk away, not looking like she was truly convinced but needed to leave.

“Alright, have a good day!”

“thank you too”

china waved you two goodbye, and you dragged harry out of the store, leading him to a corner and slipping the hat and glasses back on

“that’s why I put the hat and glasses on dork!” you laughed breathlessly, taking the food bag from him, harry sighed “im sorry lass, I got itchy”

“it's okay” you sighed, “no harm done”

Pulling harry away you mumbled to your self “I hope”

Shadows of Hyrule: Chapter 4

Link sprinted through the forest, though he wasn't entirely sure where he was going. Yet something in his gut guided him over the fallen trees and rubble that littered the forest and he pressed on as fast as he could. Something was wrong, but he didn't know what. All he knew was that he needed to get somewhere. He needed to save something. He needed to save someone.

He caught a glimpse of something shining in the corner of his eye. It was a warm glow; a comforting glow. It was a sign of hope; a promise. He followed the glow. The Triforce was illuminated on the back of his left hand. The more he ran – the closer he got to his destination – the brighter it seemed to glow. But it didn't scare him. It encouraged him. It reminded him of who he was and what he had to do.

And suddenly, he remembered why he was running. He remembered his destiny. But more importantly, he remembered who he was fighting for. His family. His friends. The people he cherished most. The people he loved.

He would give his life for them if he had to.

The forest thinned suddenly and the world opened up to him. The rolling hills of Hyrule's old countryside stretched towards the horizon. An old, forgotten castle was all that marked the landscape, and it was shrouded in an unsettling darkness. The darkness moved about the castle, swirling through the air around it. The glow of the Triforce brightened significantly. His fingers tightened around the sword in his left hand, but he did not move further.

“Link! You are the light that shines upon Hyrule! Only you can save us!”

The darkness that surrounded the castle shot into the sky suddenly. It swirled and stretched until the sky was no more and the land was shrouded in an eerie, twilit haze. The darkness then shot across the sky towards him, and all he could do was brace himself.

Link awoke with a start, panting. He blinked in the darkness, waiting for his eyes to adjust and his pulse to slow. It was just a dream. He looked around his room, noticing then the glow that came from under his closet doors. He scrambled out of bed and across the room, pulling the doors open. The Master Sword leaned against the corner, a soft glow pulsing around it. Link stumbled backwards in surprise, falling to the floor as another glow came from his hand. He stared in horror as a piece of the Triforce showed itself on his hand. Link groaned loudly and buried his face in his hands.

“I’m not doing it,” he said loudly. “You can’t make me! It’s not real!”

“Link?” A soft voice spoke behind his bedroom door.

He got to his feet and slunk over to the door, opening it slightly. He peered down at his little sister who stood concerned on the other side. She cocked her head at him.

“Did you fall out of bed again?”

Link scratched at his head and looked quickly up and down the hallway. “Yeah. Sure.”

She smiled up at him. “Can I come in and sleep with you?”

“No,” he said quickly. “I… have to do homework.”

His sister giggled. “You never do homework.”

“Yeah, well,” he started. “If I want to graduate next year, I should probably start.”

Aryll peered around him. “Are you watching Netflix again?”

Link glanced over his shoulder. The Master Sword was still glowing faintly. He turned back to his sister. “Go back to bed, Ary,” he said sternly. “Dad’s gonna be mad if he hears you’re up.”

Aryll crossed her arms, sulking. “Fine,” she said. “But I’m telling Mipha you were mean to me.”

Link sighed. “I’ll tell Mipha that you still wet the bed.”

Aryll’s brows knit together and her mouth opened angrily. “I do not!”

Link grinned and pushed her away from the door. “Good night, Ary.” And he closed the door. He stood, listening as she muttered for a moment, then her little footsteps moved down the hallway. Her bedroom door closed softly.

Link moved across the room towards his bed, pausing in front of his closet. He glared at the sword for a moment, then sighed. “Fine,” he muttered. “Fine, fine, fine. Have it your way.” He pushed the doors closed forcefully and let himself fall face down onto his bed with a groan.

“Link!”

Link pulled his eyes away from the back of his hand. He had been inspecting it most of the walk to school, completely ignoring whatever story Mipha was telling him.

“Yeah.”

“Yeah?” Mipha raised a brow at him and looked at his hand, still raised in front of him as they walked. “What's wrong with you?”

Link shoved his hands in his pockets. “Nothing.”

“Are you on drugs?”

“Yes.”

Mipha shifted her bag to the other shoulder. “You're not funny.”

“I was up late doing homework.”

“I'd believe the drug story before I believed that.”

They strode across the parking lot towards the corner of the building where Daruk, Teba, and Revali stood, too deep in conversation to notice the arrival of their friends.

“I'm telling you,” Revali said. “There is no definitive correlation between a man's car and the size of his dick. If that were the case, I'd be driving Ingo's stupid beefed up pick-up. Now that's overcompensation.”

“For you or Ingo?” Teba muttered.

“All I said was I wouldn't be caught dead in that chick car.” Daruk crossed his arms.

“Well, that's one way to start my morning,” Mipha said.

“Are we making fun of Revali?” Link grinned. “Daruk, you promised you wouldn't start without me.”

Revali snorted. “Oh, don't worry, we won't leave you out. Plenty of insults to go around.”

“Alright,” Link said. “Let's hear 'em.”

Revali hesitated, then turned to Teba, but his friend did not acknowledge him.

“What's the matter? Didn't have time to prep your daily insults this morning?” Link taunted. “Too busy measuring the size of your dick?”

“Goodbye,” Mipha said with a loud sigh. Without another look in their direction, she hurried towards the front doors of the school.

“Why does it always come down to dicks with you two?” Teba muttered. “C'mon, Daruk. Let's let them sort out their feelings towards one another.”

Daruk grinned down at Link. “Where were you yesterday, anyway?”

“Huh?”

“We were supposed to hang out.”

“Oh. Yeah.” Link shrugged. “Forgot. Muller gave me a ton of extra credit shit to do to catch up.”

“You went home and did extra credit?”

“Of course not,” Revali said. He smiled slyly at Link. “He didn't go home at all.”

Daruk looked between Revali and Link. “What do you mean?”

Link looked equally as confused.

“Link's totally banging Paya.”

Daruk raised a brow at Link. “Isn't she a sophomore?”

“I'm not banging Paya,” Link snarled.

“You two seemed awfully cozy yesterday.”

“What the hell are you talking about?”

“Or was that a cover up? You did get in a marked car. Banging little miss Princess, are we?”

“You're full of shit, Revali,” Daruk said. “There's no way Zelda would have any interest in Link.”

“Thanks, man,” Link muttered.

“I'm just saying what I saw. Link and Paya got into one of those fancy town cars and took off.”

“We're doing a project together, alright?”

“Right,” Revali said with a grin. “A project.”

“Dude, she's a sophomore,” Daruk said disapprovingly.

“I'm not screwing her! I'm failing and she's smart. It's an easy A and it gets me through the stupid class.”

“That sounds believable,” Daruk said with a nod. Then, to Revali, “He is an idiot.”

“And balance has been restored once more,” Revali said. “Let the Link-bashing continue.”

“Whatever,” Link muttered. Not in the mood to deal with Revali's relentless teasing, Link made his way into the school. Mipha was already long gone, leaving him no choice but to trudge to his first class. It should have been illegal to make biology his first class of the day.

How Many Triforces?

While drying my hands, the Triforce on this towel caught my eye, and I thought to myself, “this bathroom needs more Triforces”.

Of course, that begs the question: how many Triforces are in my bedroom, where I keep all of my Zelda stuff? Let’s find out!

The first and most obvious Triforce is on this life size replica Hylian Shield from Twilight Princess. I’m not counting the gold triangle on the Master Sword behind it, for reasons I’ll get to shortly. Triforce Count: 1

Next is this complete collection of the Ocarina of Time manga. It has a Triforce in each corner, one below the picture of Link, and one etched into the Master Sword’s blade. I forgot about this detail until I was taking pictures of figures.

There are another four Triforces in the corners on the back...

...and one more on the spine. I’ve decided against opening things like books and looking for the Triforces inside since it would be so time-consuming, but I may go looking for them in the future. Triforce Count: 12

The Oracle of Seasons and Ages manga collection is of the same design, so has another ten Triforces. Triforce Count: 22

Hyrule Historia has a Triforce in the center of the front cover...

...and another on the spine, which required very specific lighting conditions to get a good picture of. Triforce Count: 24

This clearly-not-officially-licensed wall clock has two Triforces, and this is where I’ll explain what I mentioned about the gold triangle earlier. The gold triangle on the Master Sword is clearly evocative of the Triforce, as is the upside-down triangle at the bottom of the Ocarina of Time-era royal crest seen here. The thing is, the full Triforce is there in both instances, meaning that this triangle isn’t actually a piece of it and is just a random decoration. because of that, I’m not considering it a Triforce in its own right. Yes, I own two of the same 3DS carrying case. My family isn’t great about communicating gift ideas. Triforce Count: 28

This huge Skyward Sword figure has a shield...

...and a sword, which has a Triforce embossed on each side. As you can see, in some Master Sword designs, the gold thing isn’t a triangle. Triforce Count: 32

The Smash Bros Link amiibo has a Triforce on his shield...

...and one on either side of his sword. It was at this point that I realized the count would be a lot higher than I’d anticipated.

The Zelda amiibo has a single Triforce, at the top of the banner hanging from her waist. Neither the Ganondorf amiibo nor figures have a Triforce anywhere on them, as far as I can tell. Triforce Count: 36

This bootleg pillow case has a different-for-legal-reasons Triforce on it, and two more on the swords, though you can only see part of them. Still counting it. Triforce Count: 39

This plush blanket is naturally very lumpy and is totally not hiding a mound of clean laundry that I hadn’t put away yet. Triforce Count: 40

This corner of the room was dark enough for the camera’s flash to activate as i was taking a picture of this mint tin. The sun was setting, so I decided to turn on a light. Triforce Count: 41

This Minish Cap cell phone strap that I recently got from a blind bag has an itsy-bitsy Triforce on its itsy-bitsy shield. Actually, don’t I still have the bag this came in?

Sure enough! None of the links have their shields facing the camera, but Zelda does. There was no getting the camera to focus on such a small detail on a shiny plastic bag. Triforce Count: 43

This highly detailed (and highly dust-collecting) Twilight Princess figure has a Triforce on the shield...

...and two etched into the sword, which is such a fine detail that the only way to take a picture of it was to remove Link’s arm. Uh, sorry.

The companion Zelda figure is the same design as the amiibo, so again has a single Triforce. Triforce Count: 47

This Skyward Sword figure has a Triforce on the shield, but not the sword.

...however, this entire series of gashapon figures has stands with the game’s title on them, and the Skyward Sword logo prominently features a Triforce.

Skyward Sword Zelda has no Triforces in her design, since as the very first Zelda she predates the rise of the royal family. Triforce Count: 50

At this point, I thought to check my replica Master Sword, and sure enough there was a Triforce engraved on each side. Also, dust. Triforce Count: 52

Zelda playing cards! Three Triforces are visible here, and the opposite side of the box is the same for a total of six. What you’re seeing is actually the back of a card, and every card in the deck features the same design. I’ve decided not to open the box and count everything inside, so for the time being, am only counting it as six. Triforce Count: 58

Oh hey, my calendar from last year. There’s a Triforce on the sword, and a winged one on top of the castle. I’m not looking inside the calendar, but on the back...

None of my original 90′s Ocarina of Time figures have a Triforce except for Zelda (Link is, sadly, missing his sheild), but she makes up for it by featuring two of ‘em! Triforce Count: 68

Unfortunately, the more recent Ocarina of Time 3D gashapon figure has an undecorated banner, so the only Triforce is on her head.

On the bright side, the logo has a Hylian Shield with the Triforce peeking out from behind the Z. Triforce Count: 71

This Spirit Tracks figure has a shield design featured only in the DS Zelda games, with the only Triforce from the set. Triforce Count: 72

While the Club Nintendo 3DS card case on the left has no Triforces, there are five between the other two. Triforce Count: 77

Speaking of the original Legend of Zelda, is there a Triforce on this cartridge, which has been repurposed as a clock? No, no there is not... but look at my cool clock!

The Zelda edition of Monopoly (what, you’re surprised?) features both Triforce and Hylian Shield tokens. Triforce Count: 86

I.... really can’t believe this is happening. I took all of these photos at once, with no idea what they would add up to aside from the things that I counted in the moment like that ring.This is a Master Sword and Hylian Shield pendant, with the three Triforces we’ve frequently seen from them. I really had no idea that the photos I took would add up to one hundred, especially since I was going back and forth on whether to count two of the Triforces from the pillow, and around seven would be removed if I didn’t count the Ocarina of Time logo.

I was also debating whether to include the games themselves, since several of their boxes are in a big box in the back of my bedroom closet and it would be a pain to dig them out. I’m completely floored that it came out to exactly one hundred with the photos I had taken, though, so for now I’m just going to call this the “readily apparent Triforces”. Maybe I’ll look through the books, playing cards, and game boxes at a later date for a more accurate number... which the cards alone will bring to over 250.
